Thank you for your interest in Piermont Grand. Unfortunately Developer units for the EC has just been fully sold. Alternatively might consider Ola EC at Anchorvale area?

For resale levy for 4room, it will be 40k. I have helped various HDB upgraders to upgrade to EC and will be happy to share the best approach.

1) Piermont Grand is fully sold.
2) You will have to consider other ECs that have available units:
(a) OLA (left 1x 3+1, 4bdr)
(b) Parc Greenwich (left 3 Deluxe, 3 premium 3+S, 4bdr)
(c) Parc Central Residences (left 4bdr)
(d) Provence Residence (left 3/4 bdr)
(e) Parc Canberra (left 1x 3+Utility)

3) You have to pay the resale levy according to your flat type:
(a) 3-rm = $30k
(b) 4-rm = $40k
(c) 5-rm = $45k

4) This resale levy can be paid only after you sold your flat using the cash proceed you received in this sale.
